El Arbol is located in Dipilto, a region of northern Nicaragua.
Famous for its specialty coffee production and the great climate with perfect conditions when picked rip each harvest.
Coffee cherries are floated and washed, fermented for 3 days in a controlled climate and then depulped before being dried on raised beds. Also known as a honey processing which gives a unique sweetness to this single farm!
