Ojo de Agua, Nicaragua

Ali Herrera bought Ojo de Agua in 2012 and live at the farm with his family. Together they try to make all of the work that represent to have a coffee plantation.

Fully washed Caturra. Cherries are picked ripe, depulped, fermented for 12-15 hours and washed on the farm, then dried on african beds for 15 days at Cafetos de Segovia dry mill in Ocotal.

Notes of sweet almond, raisin and even Macadamian nut.
