This lot is a Natural process where the ripest cherries are sorted out, washed clean and floated before they dry for 15-20 days on African beds.

Red cherry is mainly bought from 10 producers but for this lot coffee is solely from producer Germahu Gumisa with land close to the drying station. Coffee here grow at incredible 2200 meters and the climate is cold and damp, and the surrounding is immensely green.

Notes of toffee, chocolate and dried berry.
