SHIPPING POLICY — Big Lake Coffee
Processing time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Swedish public holidays are processed the next business day. During high-demand periods (e.g. holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we'll communicate any delays by email.
Delivery estimates Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

Carriers We ship with leading Nordic and international carriers. The carrier used depends on your delivery address and order size.
Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Customs, duties & taxes (non-EU orders) For deliveries to Norway and Switzerland, your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. Big Lake Coffee has no control over customs processing times.
For EU deliveries, all applicable VAT is included in the product price — no surprise charges at delivery.
Failed delivery & unclaimed packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you. Re-shipping costs will be charged. Unclaimed packages that are not reshipped will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and any return handling fee (50 SEK).
Returns A handling fee of 50 SEK will be deducted from all returns, except where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item — in which case no fee applies and return shipping is at our cost.
Damaged or lost shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at biglakecoffee@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will resolve the issue promptly in accordance with your consumer rights.
Consumer rights As an EU/EEA consumer, your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable national law are not affected by this policy.
