Yemerson is a young coffee producer, 4th generation taking over the work of his grandfathers. The name FABARZÚ, is a union of his two last names and means Familia Abarca Zúñiga.
Coffee activity in Yemersons family is a tradition that has been passed down for generations. Coffee is also a passion that came from Yemersons greatgrandfather, grandfather and dad. The current farm is 37 years old, and was created with the marriage of Yemersons parents, as both Yermersons grandfathers, don Victor and don Julio, both had farms that connected into one.
This is a Natural processed coffee. Red cherries are harvested when ripe and brought to the micro mill. Coffee is floated and sorted before the coffee beans are moved to dry on raised beds for 20-22 days.
